Health, Vision & Dental Insurance Coverage—E.R. Williams, Inc. offers comprehensive medical and dental insurance, as well as vision coverage for all full-time employees beginning the first day following 30 continuous days of active employment. Medical coverage is provided through CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, which provides the largest network of doctors, specialists and hospitals in the region, as well as mail order and local pharmacy prescription drug coverage. Dental coverage is provided by Humana Dental.

Life Insurance—E.R. Williams, Inc. provides full-time employees under the age of 65 with a company-paid life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance, each in the amount of $50,000. All employees 65 and over qualify for graduated life insurance coverage.

401(k) Plan—E.R. Williams, Inc. offers a 401(k) plan administered by ING Financial, which employees may participate in beginning the first of the month following 90 days of employment. Based on company profitability, E.R. Williams, Inc. may make a discretionary match of the employee’s annual contributions.

Training & Professional Development—E.R. Williams, Inc. recognizes the value of professional development towards the personal growth of employees. Therefore, employees interested in continuing education and job specific training are encouraged to research and continually bring opportunities to management.

Leave—E.R. Williams, Inc. provides full-time employees with 15 paid days of leave in their first year of employment and 10 paid federal holidays. After two years with E.R. Williams, Inc. full-time employees accrue 20 days of paid leave a year, plus paid federal holidays. After seven years with the company, full-time employees accrue 25 days of paid leave a year, plus paid federal holidays.
