Project Manager

Manage multiple small IT deployment projects to successful completion under the direction of leaders.  Provide effective leadership for the project team. Provide project work products, status reports and tracking reports using tools to include MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point. Identify project risk and provide timely escalation of project issues to the appropriate leader.  Interface with end client project lead counterparts on project scope, schedule and status.  Develop project plans using MS Project or MS Excel task lists to meet the requirements outlined in government or program supplied Statements of Work.  Position requirements include:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing small government projects 1 to 2 years duration

Leadership experience in managing small cross functional teams

Possess excellent communications skills and have fundamental problem solving and analytical skills.

Must be detail orientated, well organized in work habits and have a very strong commitment to client service

Proficient in the use of MS Project to develop project schedules

PMP certification is preferred

Education:

BA or BS in Business, Finance or related field. *Years of experience can be substituted for College Degree, i.e. 4 years of related experience can be substituted for 4 year degree - B.S., B.A.

Desired:

Contract Administrator

The Contract Administrator is responsible for administration of contracts. Prepares and disseminates information to management regarding contract status, compliance, modification, deviation, negotiation and termination. Issues contract and financial program documents and manages a variety of government and commercial contracts in accordance with company policies and procedures, applicable laws, and customer requirements. This individual will provide on-site advice to internal operations and project teams on contract management and policy compliance matters.  Position requirements include a minimum of 6 years of relevant government contracting experience, Knowledge of the FAR, DFAR and Government Regulatory Standards required.

Education:

BA or BS in Business, Finance or related field. *Years of experience can be substituted for College Degree, i.e. 4 years of related experience can be substituted for 4 year degree - B.S., B.A.

Senior Acquisition Analyst

The Sr. Acquisition Analyst will provide advice and assistance to functional area technical experts, assists with the development of writing performance criteria and requirements into sound/sufficient Statement of Work and or task/orders. Perform or evaluate market research and trends, conditions and technological advances as they apply to the program. Assist with the development of source selection evaluation criteria. Coordinates and works with the technical experts and the contracting office to ensure project milestones are reflected in the contractual documents and project plan. Assist in the development of independent Government Cost Estimates. Responsible for assisting with the planning, preparing, and maintaining of the current acquisition plans and overall program office acquisition administration functions to include program control and tracking. Individuals as required will possess working knowledge of the acquisition planning stages as well as technical or subject matter expertise depending on the acquisition type and nature of the program. Position requirements includes DAWIA certification (Level I/II), comprehensive knowledge of FAR/DFAR, Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Acquisition Analyst

Assist the government procurement support requiring activities build acquisition packages established acquisition policies and federal regulations in an effort to allow Acquisition Managers (AM) to concentrate on strategic issues.  Provide accurate answers to procurement concerns relevant to the FAR.  Ensure all contract documentation is complete and in compliance with the Contracting Agency, DoD, and Federal contract / acquisition regulation / policy before it is forwarded to the Acquisition Manager for endorsement. Position requirements includes DAWIA certification (Level I/II), comprehensive knowledge of FAR/DFAR, Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Executive Assistant

Relieves the executive of administrative type functions in order to increase the time an executive has available for executive level responsibilities.  Keeps official corporate records and executes administrative policies determined by or in conjunction with other officials.  Manages the calendar of high level government and/or military personnel.   Screens incoming calls and   correspondence and responds independently when possible. Organizes programs, events, meetings or conferences by arranging facilities and caterers, issuing information or invitations, coordinating speakers and controlling event budget.  Other duties as assigned.  Position requirements includes Proficiency in MS Office Suite,  knowledge of military structure, ability to be adaptable to changes in the work environment, dependable and able to work and think independently, excellent communication skills, both orally and written and strong program solving and interpersonal skills.

BA or BS degree preferred.

Quality Assurance – Procurement Analyst

Responsible for the design and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure that quality standards are met during production. Oversees testing of processes and products.  Position requirements includes a minimum of  6 years of experience in the field or in a related area.  Ability to read and interpret complex documentation for compliance with government procedures, standards, and regulations. Thorough knowledge of Continual Process Improvement, Advanced Quality Planning, FMEA, Process Control Plans, and Statistical Process Control (SPC) is required.  Proficient with Quality Management System Tools.  Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools Excel, Word, Power Point, Project, and Visio.  Professional Engineering certification, Six-Sigma/Black or Green-belt training, ASQ certifications (i.e., Quality Engineer, Quality Auditor, Quality Manager), RAB Lead Auditor training, and/or LEAN Six Sigma training, is a plus.  ITIL/ISO 20000 Foundation Certification and CMMI experience also a plus

Management Analyst

Manage and oversee progress of multiple projects and activities with varying timelines and due dates in support of government customers.  Accomplish a variety of special projects, covering abroad range of mission activities, as directed. These projects typically address high-priority issues that are sensitive in nature and have short deadlines.  Facilitate executive level activities and coordinate high priority, special interest projects as directed. Review correspondence prepared for the Signature of the high level government and military personnel ensuring that the documents meet standardized agency guidelines.  Facilitate creation and distribution of agendas, meeting minutes, etc.   Provide daily updates to the current correspondence tracking database.  Schedule conference rooms; provide room set-up assistance.  Edit documents for spelling and grammar.  Position requirements includes proficiency in MS Office Suite,  knowledge of military structure, ability to be adaptable to changes in the work environment, dependable and able to work and think independently, excellent communication skills, both orally and written and strong program solving and interpersonal skills.

Budget Analyst

Analysis of current and past budgets, Preparation and justification of budget requests, and allocation of funds according to spending priorities in governmental service agency: Analysis of accounting records to determine financial resources required to implement program and submits recommendations for budget allocations. Recommendation to approve or disapprove requests for funds.   Advising staff on cost analysis and fiscal allocations.  Position requirements include a minimum of 5 years of government budget analysis experience. Mid level candidates must have experience in most of the following duties: monitoring budget accounts and tracking obligations and expenditures; analyzing and evaluating changes in program plans and funding, and their effect on current budget/financial policies; and preparing financial reports on the status of funds, trend analyzes and obligations, and/or expenditures.

Senior level candidates must have experience performing budget formulation, execution, reconciliation and other budget actions including managing budget accounts and tracking obligations and expenditures; analyzing and evaluating changes in program plans and funding, and their effect on current budget/financial policies; developing new or modified policies and/or procedures to improve effectiveness and efficiency of a budget related program; resolving budgetary problems or issues; and preparing and presenting financial reports to higher level managers on the status of funds, trend analyzes and obligations, and expenditures.

Education:
