Executive Assistant
ER Williams is currently seeking Executive Assistants to support our military healthcare customer. In this role, the successful candidate will support the following tasks:
Keep official corporate records and executes administrative policies determined by or in conjunction with other officials (i.e. congressional correspondence)
Manage the calendar of high level government and/or military personnel
Screen incoming calls and correspondence and responds independently when possible
Provide analytical support with reference to meetings, correspondence, etc.
Organize programs, events, meetings or conferences by arranging facilities and caterers, issuing information or invitations, coordinating speakers and controlling event budget
Other duties as assigned
Position Requirements:
Current or previous experience working in a military or government environment
Bachelor Degree
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Proficiency in Defense Travel System (DTS)
Proficiency in SACCP, a plus
Knowledge of military structure
Ability to be adaptable to changes in the work environment
Dependable and able to work and think independently
Excellent communication skills, both orally and written
Strong program solving and interpersonal skills
Acquisition Analyst
ER Williams is currently seeking Acquisition Analysts with federal government experience to support our military healthcare agency customer. In this role, successful individual will use their knowledge of the FAR and DoD Contracting as a key member of our team in conducting an active and varied acquisition program and in working with technical, program and cost-estimating and contracting government personnel; in addition to supervising team members. Specific duties will include applying expertise in contracts management and negotiation to support the customer's Acquisition Initiatives, which are responsible for:
Developing Contract Delivery Order Requests (i.e. award packages)
Reviewing Delivery Order Proposals
Evaluating Contractor Proposals
Monitoring Subsequent Performance
Position Requirements:
A minimum of 10 years of government acquisition and/or government contracting experience
DAWIA Level II or III or equivalent experience
Bachelor Degree in a business discipline
Comprehensive knowledge of FAR/DFAR
Demonstrated management experience (exp. managing small teams)
Proficiency in the use of MS Office Suite Products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
Solid task management skills
Ability to interact professionally with a broad range of government and military personnel
