(ERW) Management Consulting, a Small Disadvantaged Business Headquartered in Silver Spring, Maryland is extremely pleased to announce their new position as an awardee on the Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division contract vehicle known as SeaPort Enhanced Acquisition Program (or SeaPort-e). Recognized for their financial and acquisition expertise in the Federal marketplace for more than 20 years, ERW joins a powerful elite of approximately 300 successful vendors who will conduct widespread capabilities in support of the Navy’s mission and personnel. Under the Seaport-e vehicle, ERW will provide technical, engineering, and executive support services for more than twenty20 functional domains throughout numerous geographic zones.

ERW, Inc. will rely on its proven experience in successfully managing similar IDIQs, and looks forward to this tremendous inaugural opportunity to support the Naval Systems Command, Naval Air Systems Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift Command, Naval Facilities Command, Strategic Systems Programs, Office of Naval Research, and the Marine Corps. The SeaPort-e Multiple Award Contract (MAC) covers a wide range of engineering, technical, & programmatic support services and has a four year base period. The total contract ceiling is estimated at $5.3 billion dollars per year, and will be issued on an annual basis through task orders under this robust program.

The respective domains include: Research and Development Support, Engineering, System Engineering and Process Engineering Support, Modeling, Simulation, Stimulation and Analysis Support, Prototyping, Pre-Production, Model-Making, and Fabrication Support, System Design Documentation and Technical Data Support, Software Engineering, Development, Programming and Network Support, Reliability, Maintainability, and Availability (RM&A) Support, System Safety Engineering Support, Configuration Management (CM) Support, Quality Assurance (QA) Support, Information System (IS) Development, Information Assurance (IA) and Information Technology (IT) Support, Inactivation and Disposal Support, Interoperability, Test and Evaluation, Trials Support, Measurement Facilities, Range, and Instrumentation Support, Logistics Support, Supply and Provisioning Support, Training Support, In-Service Engineering, Fleet Introduction, Installation and Checkout Support, Program Support, Functional and Administrative Support, and Public Affairs and Multimedia Support. The following six (6) zones are also part of the SEaPort-e award and include, the Northeast Zone, National Capital Zone, Mid-Atlantic Zone, Gulf Coast Zone, Midwest Zone, and (6) Southwest Zone.
