E. Randy Williams, President/Chief Executive Officer

Randy Williams established ER Williams, Inc. in January of 2001 and immediately assumed the role as President/CEO.  Mr. Williams is responsible for the strategic development and overall direction of the Corporation. His passion and tenacity for the business of Management Consulting provides the corporation with a visionary leader who is thorough in his pursuit of 100% client satisfaction. Mr. Williams has created a company where integrity, honesty and loyalty reign supreme. 

His career spans over 25 years and includes hands-on-experience providing Financial Management support to various federal government clients.  Mr. Williams has significant experience in leading, managing and executing tasks in all aspects of the contract management life cycle with federal government agencies, including DOD, Housing and Urban Development and the Department of Transportation.  He assisted clients in Program Objective Memorandum (POM) preparation and evaluation, budget formulation and justification and other related budget activities.  Under his guidance, his staff tracked all delivery orders, identified, analyzed and prepared technical costs in response to Statements of Work (SOW) and tracked all Other Direct Costs (ODC).  Mr. Williams has distinguished himself repeatedly throughout the years with his commitment to quality and his consistent approach to redefining excellence in the financial arena.

Mr. Williams holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, with a minor in Finance and Accounting, from the University of Tampa. He is a Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM).

 

Executive Team

Vice President, Chief Financial Officer/Controller, Frankie F. McCurdy

Frankie McCurdy joined ER Williams in 2008 and became their VP of Finance/CFO in 2011. She is responsible for the Financial Health of the company and manages all of the financial, accounting and risk functions.

Prior to joining ER Williams, Ms. McCurdy spent over 30 years managing multiple operations and functions including finance, accounting and risk.  Her responsibilities included identifying, developing and  re-configuring the accounting structures, including projects, chart of accounts, indirect pools, departments, labor categories, pay and timesheet periods and other functions necessary for proper accounting in accordance with GAAP and FAR. She managed accounting staffs in properly classifying, recording and processing accounting data.  Ms. McCurdy was responsible for the preparation of financial statements and financial reporting and managed several audits including DCAA, GSA, CPA and State Use Tax.  She migrated the accounting records from paper and QuickBooks to Deltek Software systems for various companies and created Financial Management and Accounting manuals and trained the accounting staff for various locations.  Her responsibilities also included risk assessment and managing the development and publications of financial data including budgets and forecasting for management decisions.

Ms. McCurdy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Clark College.

Michael T. Lynott, Director of Operations

Michael Lynott joined ER Williams in 2016 as the Director of Operations. As a member of the Sr. Executive Team, he is responsible for managing and sustaining the entire ER Williams business portfolio that includes all in-house contracts, contract employees, contract support staff, contract assets and serves as the Key Personnel Program manager (PM).

Mr. Lynott has more than 25 years in acquisition and program management experience. His experiences encompass procurement support, program management policy development, logistics, and contracting support. He has the proven ability to manage complex large team in remote locations and lead Integrated Process Teams (IPTs) to meet organizational department-wide acquisition objectives and goals and to assist in the development of organizational strategies and policies.

Mr. Lynott served in the USAF for 10 years in the European theater as a secure communications journeyman.  Upon his departure he relocated to the DC area and has continued his journey within Technology and Procurement activities within several agencies which include DHS, DOE, DIA, DHA, FBI, USDA, VA and others.

Mr. Lynott holds a MBA degree in Business Management and Finance from Regis University in Denver Colorado and a BS degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix Arizona.  He is Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), ITILv3, CPPM and Total Quality Management.
