A key element of change management is defining a strategic plan that aligns with the mission and vision of the enterprise and determines where the culture of the organization “should be” in order to embrace new business processes. The E.R. Williams Team provides functional expertise to facilitate work groups, integrated process teams, and leadership teams in order to champion, capture, and validate requirements that help determine the organization’s future goals and objectives. Most importantly, the team works with the various functional process owners to determine the organizational changes necessary to assure success of the new strategic plan.
