Portfolio Management:
The Portfolio Management Division (PfM) has the responsibility for validating, prioritizing, justifying, refining and documenting all functional requirements for all capabilities in the MHS Capital Investment Portfolio. This portfolio of investment and sustainment activities is fully documented and vetted in a functional, technical, and enterprise architecture review and decisions are tracked for compliance, using capital planning and investment control guidelines. Since the team works closely with cost estimation and budget data, they currently work in a contract category that restricts competition and prohibits sharing of acquisition sensitive data. In 2007, the team configured, tested and implemented the commercial tool, Primavera ProSight, for the current clients.
