Currently working in the Department of Defense (DoD), Health Affairs (HA), TRICARE Management Activity (TMA) for the Military Health System (MHS), the Integrated Requirements & Design Division has the lead on compiling the functional information for review. Senior leadership deliberates and composes a final recommendation for the MHS Capital Investment Portfolio of information management requirements. This Enterprise Portfolio of MHS capabilities that defines the prioritized needs of the warfighter and business functional community, is critical to the mission and success of DoD healthcare as supported by innovative, data-driven, information software products. Additionally, PfM works closely with functional Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in order to manage the Military Health System (MHS) Requirements Repository executed in the commercial-off-the-shelf package known as Dynamic Object Oriented Requirements System (DOORS).
